Through the CLS Waive Worthy inspection program, we've developed an approach to conduct pre-listing inspections that are entirely video recorded and a digital report is created. The report and video are securely held by CLS and shared directly with potential buyers by the inspector. This enables buyers to make their decision based on unaltered, precise information.
